Orders & refunds
When a user selects a product or products and confirms the order by clicking the “Purchase” button, the online store automatically generates and sends an email with the order details (products, prices, quantities, user data, etc.). The order process is divided into three parts as follows:
After successfully placing an order, the customer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted and is waiting for processing. The customer can always access comprehensive information about the order status and content on the provider’s website www.fightshop.si under their profile.
The provider reviews the order, checks availability, and confirms or rejects the order within a maximum of 48 hours from its receipt. The provider reserves the right to contact the customer on their provided contact phone number if necessary. The purchase contract for the ordered items is irrevocably concluded between the user and the provider when the customer receives a confirmation email.
ORDER COMPLETED AND DISPATCHED
The provider packages the goods and sends them within the promised timeframe, notifying the customer via email. The user will be informed about the delivery timeframe and method in the email. The email will also include information on the return policy, steps to take in case of delivery delays, and the procedure for making complaints. The delivery time is counted in working days.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing within 8 days of receiving the goods about their intention to withdraw from the contract. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 8 days after the written notice, covering the direct return costs. If the consumer returns the received goods within the withdrawal period (i.e., 8 days from receiving the goods), it will be considered as a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The provider will refund the full purchase price (including delivery costs) as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal.
