Terms of service
1. General Provisions These Terms and Conditions of the online store Fightshop.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-2), Electronic Commerce Market Act (ZEPT), and other applicable legal regulations. The online store is operated by FIGHTSHOP.SI d.o.o., Brčnčičeva 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, VAT ID: SI18187200.
2. Formation of Contract and Purchasing Process The sales contract between the seller and the buyer is concluded at the moment the seller sends an order confirmation email to the buyer. From this moment, all prices and terms are fixed and apply to both parties.
3. Prices and Payment Methods All prices in the online store include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of order placement. Available payment methods include cash on delivery, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards or electronic payments.
4. Delivery The seller will deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe using standard delivery services. Shipping costs are displayed clearly prior to order completion.
5. Right of Withdrawal The consumer has the right to notify the seller at info@fightshop.si within 14 days of receiving the goods that they wish to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
The consumer must return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The seller will refund all received payments no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, reserving the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
6. Non-conformity of Goods The seller is liable for any non-conformity of the goods that becomes apparent within two (2) years of delivery, in compliance with ZVPot-2. The consumer must notify the seller within two months of detecting the defect. The consumer has the right to request repair or replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract.
7. Data Protection Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and applicable privacy legislation as specified in our Privacy Policy.
8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution In accordance with legal regulations, FIGHTSHOP.SI d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
