When the user selects a product or products and places an order by clicking on the "Buy" button, the online store automatically "generates" and sends an email with the order details (products, prices, quantities, user information, etc.). The ordering process is then divided into three parts, which are as follows:
ORDER ACCEPTED
After successfully placing an order, the buyer receives an email notification that the order has been accepted and is awaiting processing. Comprehensive information about the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider's website www.fightshop.si under their profile.
ORDER CONFIRMED
Within 48 hours of receiving the order, the provider reviews it, checks availability, and either confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider reserves the right to call the customer on their contact telephone number if necessary. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the user and the provider is irrevocably concluded when the customer receives confirmation at their email address.
ORDER COMPLETED AND SHIPPED
The provider packs and ships the goods within the promised time frame and notifies the buyer by email. In this part, the user is informed about the delivery time and method. In the aforementioned e-mail, the provider also informs the buyer about the delivery time and method, the return policy, where to turn in case of a delay in delivery, and where to turn in case of a complaint. The delivery time of the item is counted in working days.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to notify the company in writing of their withdrawal from the contract within 8 days of receiving the goods. The consumer must then return the goods to the company within 8 days of the written notification, covering the direct costs of the return themselves. If the consumer returns the goods received within the withdrawal period (i.e., 8 days after receipt of the goods), this shall be considered as notification of withdrawal from the contract. The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The provider shall refund the full purchase price (purchase price plus delivery costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
